1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activities. A business is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
For businesses: If the business uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, we hereby object to their validity; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Contracting Party, Contract Formation
The purchase contract is concluded with Petstile d.o.o.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without commitment and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for contract conclusion is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information about any applicable shipping costs with the offers. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
Credit Card
When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as the rightful cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically processed and your card is charged.
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then automatically processed by PayPal immediately thereafter. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within thirty days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Petstile d.o.o., Srzevica 24, 3232 Ponikva, Slovenia, [email protected] by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to our warehouse. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the thirty-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their nature, properties, and functionality.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offered), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the goods are received by us. For this refund, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Transport Damage
For consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects as soon as possible to the delivery person and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

When taking dietary supplements, responsible use is crucial to avoid possible side effects. This particularly concerns adherence to the recommended intake and dosage. Furthermore, known intolerances to certain ingredients must also be considered before intake.
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. In the recommended daily dose, dietary supplements have no side effects in healthy adults. However, should side effects or health damage occur due to individual intolerances, Petstile d.o.o. assumes no liability. Dietary supplements should always be stored out of reach of small children.
Our descriptions and other information about the products do not serve the purpose of diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing a disease or health condition. In no way is it intended to replace recommendations or treatments by a doctor, or to diagnose or treat a disease.
If you want to treat a specific disease, take medication, have complaints, follow a diet, are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before using a product based on the information presented here.
Should side effects or health damage occur due to improper intake, Petstile d.o.o. assumes no liability.
For claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in case of injury to life, body, or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in case of guarantee promises, insofar as agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In case of breach of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion, which typically must be expected to arise.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

Final Provisions
If you are a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law, or special assets under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
