Our journey began in the most unexpected way - like all good stories - with a little Pomchi dog named Coco.
It all started when my friend and co-founder Timotej got a sweet, feisty dog with a big personality and a small challenge: She has an injured leg and moves around on three legs. Coco has a heart like a lion and loves life, but she struggled with one thing - climbing onto the couch to cuddle. She would try to jump and then look at us with those big, hopeful eyes, as if to say: "Can you help me out?" 🥺

Vesna, Timotej and Žan - all natural problem solvers - couldn't ignore Coco's dilemma. So we put our heads together and came up with a simple but effective solution: a dog ramp. But that wasn't all. We wanted Coco's ramp to be sturdy, stylish and sustainable. We made it from natural materials, something we could stand 100% behind. And guess what? It worked! Coco loved her ramp, and so did our first customers.
As more and more people used our ramps, we realized that Coco wasn't the only one who needed a helping paw. We discovered that countless dogs were getting injured just from jumping on furniture. And the cost of these injuries? Huge vet bills and heartbreaking stories from pet owners. 😥 That's when we realized we weren't just building a ramp, but also helping to keep pets safe.

But this journey took a dramatic turn when we discovered something even more disturbing. After delving deep into statistics - our hobby and passion! - we learned that pets today face more health problems and shorter lifespans than ever before. And what's the main reason for this? Not genetics or just bad luck - but something completely preventable: nutritional deficiencies and inferior, heavily processed foods.
This hit us hard. It's shocking to imagine that a Golden Retriever in the 1970s could live up to 17 years. Today they're lucky if they make it to 10 years. 😨 Their life expectancy has been cut in half, and their quality of life suffers, all because of their diet. Highly processed pet food, packed with fillers and inferior ingredients, is robbing our pets of the health and happiness they deserve. We can't just sit back when we know so many pets are suffering unnecessarily.
So we went all in - it's in our nature - and teamed up with the best minds in pet health - Dr. Vet. Zupanc, a brilliant veterinarian with over 20 years of experience, and Daša, a top-tier pet nutritionist and expert in canine nutrition and health. We developed a range of high-quality supplements to provide pets with the nutrition they deserve, without compromise.
