Your order will be shipped to the address you provided as quickly as possible after receipt of your payment and delivered by our partners DHL and GLS.
Premium Package Protection
Before completing the order, the additional service Premium Package Protection can be booked. This provides additional protection for the package in case it gets lost or damaged during transport. A fee of £1.90 applies for this additional service.
Processing a claim through the transport company can normally take up to 60 days. By using the additional service Premium Package Protection, the company Petstile d.o.o. commits to the customer to immediately resend a package reported as lost or damaged or to refund the purchase price if the respective product or products are not in stock and therefore cannot be shipped.
This additional service allows the customer to avoid long waiting times and immediately receive a new delivery of the damaged or lost order. The Premium Package Protection can be claimed as soon as the customer has sent back the completed, signed complaint form from the transport company, with photos (in case of damage) by email to the seller.
The additional service does not grant the customer the right to keep the damaged item. The seller reserves the right to decide whether the damaged item will be picked up by the parcel service or not.
Premium Shipping
Before completing the order, the additional service "Premium Shipping" can be booked. Orders with Premium Shipping are processed on the same or following business day. An additional fee of £2.90 per package applies for this additional service.
Premium orders are generally processed and shipped faster than other orders. However, the company cannot guarantee that packages will be delivered faster or that there will be no delays in delivery due to shipping through the parcel service, because shipping may be delayed due to force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, technical difficulties) . With this additional service, the order is processed with priority and prepared for shipping as quickly as possible.

PayPal is a popular online payment system – secure, simple and accepted in millions of online shops worldwide. During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your login credentials and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by PayPal immediately afterwards.
