Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 90 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 90 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Petstile d.o.o., Srzevica 24, 3232 Ponikva, Slovenia, [email protected] by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is however not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website [petstile.uk]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Coupons, Vouchers and Other Discounts
By entering a coupon or voucher code, the customer can order with a price discount. This applies to all products and services within one order.
Coupons, vouchers, quantity or other discounts cannot be combined with each other. Only one discount is granted per order.
Consequences of Withdrawal
You must return the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within 90 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to our warehouse, to the following address: Petstile d.o.o., Srževica 24, 3232 Ponikva, SLOVENIA.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 90-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the goods are received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
